Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb loaf
  • 1 1/8 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp. yeast

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into bread machine according to your machines directions.
  2. Allow to cool on wire rack for 1 hour before slicing.
