Roasted Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw shrimp.
  2. Toss shrimp with oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Put shrimp in a single layer on a foil lined sheet pan and roast at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or until shrimp just start to turn pink. Remove from pan.
  4. Mix ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, Tabasco and lemon juice together.
  5. Serve cocktail sauce chilled along with shrimp.
