  1. In a blender combine poblanos, onion and lime juice then blend until smooth.
  2. While the blender is running add oil slowly until emulsified.
  3. Add spinach and blend until smooth.
  4. Add honey, salt and pepper.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving.
