Ingredients:

  • 1 large round of italian or other light crusty bread

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel some of the loose outer skins from garlic. Cut the tops of garlic off (to absorb olive oil). Place garlic heads in baking pan and brush with oil.
  2. Bake until very tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. When done, break cloves from heads and squeeze or spread softened garlic on bread. Enjoy!
