Directions:

  1. Whirl ricotta in blender until smooth.
  2. Combine ricotta with sugar, cocoa and brandy then stir well to combine.
  3. Refrigerate until needed.
  4. To serve spoon mixture into small ice cream goblets and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. Sprinkle top with toasted almonds then dust with powdered sugar.
