Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine 1 C. flour and powdered sugar for crust. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly onto the bottom of a greased or parchment paper lined 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  2. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile, in another medium bowl, whisk together all of the filling ingredients except powdered sugar. Pour over hot baked crust. Return pan to the oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until filling is SLIGHTLY jiggly in the center (it will firm up while cooling). Cool completely and cut into bars. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
