Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. *Note:Apple juice may be substituted for coffee liqueur if desired.
  2. In medium bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs, ground almonds, the 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Blend in chocolate, pumpkin, and coffee liqueur.
  4. Form into 1-inch balls.
  5. Chill.
  6. Dust with remaining powdered sugar just before serving.
