Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup salt
  • 2 tbsp emeril's original essence
  • 1 -2 tbsp dried ancho chile powder (depending on how much you like)
  • 1 tbsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Rub on ribs and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next morning I place them in the crock pot with whatever sauce you like. I used a recipe from Food TV for Hot Honeyed Spare ribs. YUM!
