Ingredients:

  • 8 cups rhubarb
  • 8 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Cook all this together and strain.
  2. Then add 1 small package strawberry Jello and 2 cups vodka.
  3. Makes about one 5 quart ice cream pail.
  4. Freeze.

  6. Scoop into glasses and add 7-Up or Sprite.
