Rhubarb Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup hot water

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and milk together. Add Rhubarb. Stir and pour into 9 square pan (lightly greased).
  2. Mix topping together and pour over top.
  3. Bake 350F 45-50 minutes.
