Rhubarb Crumb Pie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour , for crumb
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar , for crumb
  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla.
  2. Place in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie.
  4. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
