Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar (depending on tartness of rhubarb)
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish (10x6x1 1/2 inches)
  2. Sprinkle with salt
  3. Measure sugar,flour,& cinnamon into bowl
  4. Add butter & mix throughly until mixture is crumbly
  5. Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb
  6. Bake 40-50 min. or until toping is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with light cream
  8. 350 oven
  9. I make this every summer & it make a good meal even better!
