Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400*F.
  2. Combine 2 1/4 cups of the flour with the sugar, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the warm water, butter and enough of the remaining flour to make soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 4 minutes.
  5. Roll in to a 10x14 inch rectangle.
  6. Arrange the rectangle on a lightly greased 11x17 inch baking sheet.
  7. Spread the salad dressing down the middle. Layer the cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut over the salad dressing.
  8. Fold the sides to the center to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
  9. Brush with the egg white and cut slits in top.
  10. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Cut into 6 slices and serve hot.
