Red Wine Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Chill red wine until ready to use.
  2. In large bowl beat eggs.
  3. While continuing to beat gradually add sugar, heavy cream and half and half.
  4. Add chilled red wine and mix well.
  5. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
