  1. Crust;
  2. Mix crumbs with butter, sugar, and gelatin. Pat
  3. Out evenly over bottom of a greased 9 springform
  4. Pan. Bake at 350, for exactly 8 min.
  5. Filling;
  6. Beat with electric mixer: cream cheese, sour
  7. Cream, eggs, butter, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla.
  8. When filling is perfectly smooth and creamy, pour into
  9. Crust. Return to 350 oven and bake 30-35 min. or until
  10. Knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle top with cookie crumbs.
