Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a glass or ceramic mug, blend the molasses, nutmeg and egg yolk with a fork.
  2. Pour in a little milk and mix until blended. Add remaining milk and stir.
