Raspberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Directions:

  1. Combine raspberries, orange juice and sugar in saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Dissolve constarach in water.
  4. Add to pan and cook stirring for 2 minutes.
  5. Chill sauce until cold, about 15 minutes.
