Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Coat chicken with flour and shake off the excess.
  2. Brown chicken in oil on both sides.
  3. Pour lemon juice over chicken.
  4. Combine jam, ginger, salt, and pepper; spread over chicken.
  5. Reduce heat.
  6. Cover and cook til chicken is tender and juices run clear.
