Raspberries And Cream French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine berries, cream cheese and orange juice in a bowl then stir until smooth.
  2. Slice bread into 1 slices and cut a pocket into each slice.
  3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into each pocket then arrange bread in a large shallow dish.
  4. Combine eggs, half and half and 3 tablespoons jam then pour over bread.
  5. Chill covered overnight.
  6. Melt 2 tablespoons butter with oil in a skillet then brown bread on both sides.
  7. Serve with 1/3 cup jam and 1/4 cup butter.
