  1. Put potatoes in a greased 11x7 inch Baking dish.Spread chopped green pepper over top. dot with butter cover and bake at 325 for 60-65 minutes (Untill potatoes are tender}
  2. Combined sour cream and salad dressing mix
  3. Spoon over potatoes Sprikle with cheese Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes till cheese melts.
