Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Saute butter, onion, garlic, green pepper until soft. Add tuna and curry powder, then cook 3 minutes. Add sour cream until hot then serve over rice.
