Directions:

  1. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a skillet.
  2. Pour salsa evenly over the top.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Cook on low/medium for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Plate chicken pieces with a scoop of the salsa on top.
  6. Sprinkle generously with Cheddar cheese (cheese can be sprinkled on top five minutes before removing from the skillet).
