Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. 2. Add all wet ingredients and mix.
  3. 3. Fill cups 3/4 full of greased muffin tin.
  4. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
