Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. 2. Add all wet ingredients and mix.
3. 3. Fill cups 3/4 full of greased muffin tin.
4. 4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
