Pumpkin Squares from Maureen Ambrico

Ingredients:

  • 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Grease 9x 13 pan.
  3. Beat everything together.
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes until center tests clean with knife or toothpick.
