Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add first three ingredients and wet to dry mix well 1/2 then spread onto pan (as the crust) thinly. Mix rest of ingredients and top over the crust. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with some powdered sugar if you like.
