Ingredients:

  • 30 oz pumpkin (if powder 1 part to 2.5 parts water by weight)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp curry
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt , kosher
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in the broth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix to smooth. Bring to boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Use a whisk or stick blender to insure a very smooth consistency.
