Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325
  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds
  3. Smear butter all around flat, long, cookie sheet
  4. Sprinkle (to desired coating) seeds with salt and pepper
  5. Bake for 25min total, BUT remove and stir around EVERY 10MIN, to coat seeds and bake evenly. Makes a big difference!
