Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box pillsbury yellow cake mix , reserve some for topping
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup reserved cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Grease bottom only of a 13 x 7 inch pan.
  2. Reserve 1 cup cake mix for topping.
  3. Combine remaining cake mix, butter,& egg.
  4. Press into pan.
  5. Prepare filling by combining all ingredients until smooth.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. For topping: combine all ingrediants.
  8. Sprinkle over filling.
  9. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  10. Until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  11. If desired serve with whipped topping!
