Pumpkin Apple Dessert Pizza

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Freeze cookie dough for 30 minutes, slice into 1/4 inch thick pieces (about 32).
  2. Place slices, edges touching, on greased 12 inch pizza pan Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven and prick with fork.
  4. Cool on wire rack.
  5. Beat pumpkin, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl until smooth.
  6. Spread over crust to within 3/4 inch of edge.
  7. Mix apple slices with remaining sugar and dash of cinnamon in small bowl, place on pizza.
  8. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  9. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes more.
  10. Place on wire rack.
  11. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  12. Cool slightly.
  13. Cut into wedges.
  14. Serve warm with ice cream.
  15. You can also bake this in a 13 x 9 pan Bake crust for 15 to 17 minutes add apple toppping and bake for 10 minutes of more.
