Pressure Cooker Boston Butt

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp paula deens' house seasoning (paula deen's house seasoning mix)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine house seasoning, seasoned salt, paprika and soy.
  2. Rub paste over roast.
  3. Place in a ziplock bag and refrigerate 24 hours.
  4. Place sliced onions in Pressure Cooker.
  5. Add water and bouillon cube.
  6. Place roast on top.
  7. Pressure cook on high for 40 minutes.
  8. Quick release.
  9. Remove roast from pot.
  10. Salt and Pepper and thicken gravy if desired.
