Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim tops of baby artichokes.
  2. Chop 1 or 2 gloves of garlic and put pieces between artichoke leaves.
  3. Put remaining garlic in pressure cooker.
  4. Place artichoke in steamer basket and place on trivet in the pressure cooker.
  5. Slice lemon and add a slice to steamer basket.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over artichokes.
  7. Set to high pressure or 2 on the Optima T-Fal pressure cooker for 12 minutes.
  8. Serve with remaining lemon.
