Potato Cheese Pie (Derf) /  Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray pam in a 9 inch deep pie pan.
  2. (Or butter) Set oven at 350 degrees.
  3. Mix leftover potatoes and swiss cheese.
  4. Place in pan.
  5. In a bowl mix eggs, cream, grated cheese, pepper sauce,fresh herbs,garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over potatoes and cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes till nice and puffy and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and let set for 5-10 minutes.
