Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hollow out center of potato to make cup or boat shape.
  2. Pre-boil them for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain and Dry.
  4. Deep fry in oil heated to 375 degrees.
  5. When brown sprinkle with favorite seasonings, and drain oil.
  6. Fill with what ever floats your boat.
