  5. Makes: 8 servings
  6. /3 cup red wine
  7. /3 cup soy sauce
  8. Tablespoons light brown sugar
  9. Pounds pork tenderloin
  10. /3 cup mayo
  11. /3 cup sour cream
  12. /2 tablespoons mustard powder
  13. Tablespoon minced fresh chives (optional)
  14. Combine wine, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a large resealable plastic
  15. Bag.Place tenderloin in bag, and refrigerate overnight or at least 8
  16. Hrs.In a small bowl combine mayo,sour cream, mustard powder mix well.
  17. Mix in minced chives if you wish. Chill until ready to serve.Preheat
  18. Oven to 325 degrees F.Place meat and marinade in a shallow baking
  19. Dish,and roast for 1 hr basting occasionally. Temperature of meat should
  20. Register 160 degrees F. Let rest for a few mins then cut into 1/2 inch
  21. Thick slices.
