Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb.) pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup. soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup. bourbon
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • mustard sauce * optional
  • 1/3 cup. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped scallions

Directions:

  1. Place the pork in a mixture of soy sauce, bourbon, garlic and brown sugar in a large ziplock bag. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours, in refrigerator.
  2. Grill the tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes per side or until cooked through, basting occasionally with the marinade.
  3. Prepare the Mustard Sauce, by mixing well and chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Slice the tenderloin diagonally.
  5. Serve the Mustard Sauce with the tenderloin.
