  1. In blender combine vinegar, sugar, onions, salt and mustard then blend well until smooth.
  2. Turning blender on high add oil in a slow and steady stream then blend until thick and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a container and stir in poppy seeds.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
