Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add Olive Oil to pot
  2. And heat.
  3. Add Chicken (defrosted and sliced)
  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add Minced Garlic and Minced Onions
  6. Cook for 5-8 minutes stir regularly.
  7. Add 2 cups water
  8. Add Chopped carrots
  9. Add Chopped Potatoes
  10. Cook for 8-10 min, stir regularly
  11. Add Diced Onion, Dried Basil and Diced Celery
  12. Bring to boil
  13. Simmer at low heat for 30-40 minutes
  14. (until some of Potatoes dissolve and the broth loses opacity.)
  15. Add salt and pepper as desired
  16. Enjoy
