Ingredients:

  • 40 g margarine
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 100 g flour

Directions:

  1. Beat the butter and mix in sugar and salt
  2. Mix in egg and vanilla until it turns light yellow.
  3. Add flour in to the batter and mix it together gently.
  4. Wrap the batter with plastic wrap and put it in to refrigiator for 30minutes.
  5. After 30minutes roll the batter
  6. Cut the batter with cookie cutters
  7. Bake in 365degree oven for about 15minutes.
