Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 slices french bread

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef; add cheese, onion, olives, salt, and pepper, and cook until onion is tender and cheese is melted.
  2. Stir in tomato paste and heat through. Put a fourth of the meat mixture on each slice of bread; top w/ a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato.
  3. Bake at 425*F until cheese melts.
