Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 4 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures directions.
  2. Select manual setting, or dough cycle, remove after rise cycle.
  3. Roll out to fit a 16” to 18” Pizza Pan.
  4. Prepare with you favorite pizza toppings.
  5. Bake 375 degrees 20- 30 minutes or until crust is a light brown and cheese is melted.
