Pineapple Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream , whipped

Directions:

  1. Combine rice, sugar, salt and vanilla.
  2. Add pineapple; chill 1 hour.
  3. Add marshmallows and fold in whipped cream.
  4. Chill until serving time.
