Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan, I use Bakers Joy.
  3. Drain pineapple well, but reserve 3 tablespoons of the syrup.
  4. In a large mixing bowl combine baking mix, sugar, butter, eggs, reserved syrup and pineapple.
  5. Mix at low speed until blended, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped nuts.
  7. Spoon into pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes.
