Ingredients:

  • 1 box(es) lasagna noodles
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 medium onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oved to 350. Saute onions in the oil. Mix onions, cheeze and potatoes.
  2. [ reserve 1/2 cup of the onions for topping ] Salt and pepper to taste. Layer noodles and potatoes, and top off with the reserved onions. Bake 25 to 30 min.
