Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in half, scoop out juice and seeds. Chop tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
  2. Grate or mince the garlic.
  3. Squeeze 1 or 2 limes for desired taste
  4. Salt and pepper
