Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make a cordial:
  2. Chop the herbs and fruits.
  3. Grind the dry herbs.
  4. Place all of the ingredients in a widemouthed glass jar.
  5. Cover with 3 times as much brandy.
  6. Cover the jar and store at room temperature and away from direct light and heat.
  7. Shake daily for 2-4 weeks.
  8. Strain well, squeezing as much liquid as possible out of the steeped herbs.
  9. Compost the herbs and rebottle the cordial.
  10. Sweeten cordial lightly with 1/4-1/2 cup honey or maple syrup per quart of cordial.
  11. ****************************************
  12. To use: Enjoy 1/4-1 teasponn per dose, 1-3 times per day as needed.
