Ingredients:

  • 1 cup persimmon pulp
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cream together pulp, sugar, soda, butter and cinnamon.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Pour into 11 1/2 x9 x2 greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 70-90 minutes .
