Perfect Smashed Taters

Ingredients:

  • several potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Slice, cut and boil potatoes in enough water to cover them
  2. Drain once they are easy to poke with a fork, i wait til they almost fall apart when i poke em
  3. Add butter, mix til melted
  4. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste
  5. Stir in milk
  6. Optional - add cheese
  7. Mix til an even consistency is reached
  8. Serve
