Ingredients:

  1. Cubed the crisco and butter into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, with a hand mixer, beat the flour and salt together on lower speed for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the crisco and butter and beat on medium until the mixture becomes meally.
  4. Stir together the water, vinegar, and vanilla (optional).
  5. Pour in the water slowly until the dough comes together.
  6. Pour dough out onto plastic wrap and wrap.
  7. Refringerate for at least 30 minutes or up to over night.
  8. Use as needed.
