Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) packages pizza dough mix
  • 2 egg yolks , reserve egg whites for later
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 lb pepperoni

Directions:

  1. Prepare dough as directed on package. Roll out into a rectangle.
  2. Mix next seven ingredients ï¿1/2 spread on rolled out dough.
  3. Layer with pepperoni and mozzarella.
  4. Roll like a jellyroll, brush with egg white. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve slices with pizza sauce for dipping. Makes 2 rolls.
